Our 15 Days Easy Returns policy makes it very easy to return or replace an item. Customer should follow the procedure
mentioned below.
- Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. We do not replace a product which has already been opened or consumed.
- Product is returened* in original packing, and sealed
- When you receive your product, please record an unboxing video. In the event that the goods is damaged during transit, we may request it.
- In case of returns and cancellation, the customer will bear all shipment charges and bank commissions involved, plus a ₹100 order processing charge.
